Roadmapi support
Start with these quick checks. Use the Contact page for a verified private support route when one is published.
Find or protect a draft
Use Load in the editor to open an example as a new editable document. A local draft is saved in this browser; use the export action to keep a copy outside the browser.
If a draft appears missing, check that you are using the same browser and profile. Clearing site storage or using a private window can make a local draft unavailable.
Save and publish
The save indicator distinguishes local saving from server saving. Publishing requires a working account and cloud workspace on this deployment.
If a publication cannot load, verify its visibility and link, then check that the configured API is available. A preview deployment may intentionally have publishing turned off.
Hosted preview limits
A hosted account can create up to 20 workspaces and hold 25 roadmaps. A roadmap document or published version can be up to 2 MiB, and a task board can hold 500 tasks.
Accounts can create up to 20 new publication versions per UTC day; the allowance resets at 00:00 UTC. Replaying a completed publication does not use another slot. If a cloud save is rejected, check the save indicator and export a JSON copy before leaving when browser backup is unavailable.
Report a problem
For a non-sensitive report, include the affected route, steps to reproduce, expected result, actual result, and browser version. A screenshot is useful if it contains no confidential data. Use the verified contact address on the Contact page when available.
If the issue involves account access, a private roadmap, or personal data, use the verified private contact address on the Contact page if listed; otherwise wait until one is published. Do not post the details publicly.
